HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE GOODS BOUGHT ON Indumenti.se?

We are happy to exchange or refund any items (except made to measure and made to order) that have not been altered, washed or worn within 14 days of original order receipt. Indumenti.se cannot be held liable for courier charges, customs duties or lost parcels.

Gift Cards and e-vouchers cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. When returning an item, please ensure it is packaged securely in its original condition (with all tags still intact) and enclosing the original Dispatch Note. This will ensure that your return is processed speedily.

If you are returning items please use a tracked or signed-for mail service. If we need to charge or credit you on an exchange order which was not arranged online our Customer Care team will contact you. Please note: We must be notified of any missing or defective items within 7 days of receipt of an order.

IF I ORDER AT Indumenti.se BUT NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING, CAN I TAKE IT BACK TO ONE OF YOUR STORES FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND?

All customers can also return items purchased online to the Indumenti Store in Lund, Sweden, Refunds processed in store will credit your original form of payment.
