Orders are shipped from INDUMENTI in LUND, SWEDEN, Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (CET) Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.
Orders with available merchandise are shipped within 3 weekdays from order placement from Monday-Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Orders placed on weekends are shipped on the following Mon-Wed. Merchandise that are available in our Store in Lund will be shipped the same day or the next coming day. Some merchandise we will have to re-order at ETON's warehouse witch gives approximate door to door delivery is as follows (today's average);
Scandinavia incl. Sweden2-4 days, (1-3)
Continental Europe 3-6 days, (4)
Rest of the world 4-8 days. (6)
When the order is shipped the customer receives an e-mail from INDUMENTI with the tracking number. Customers can trace the shipments on the respective courier website: www.dhl.com
For DHL Shipping, go to www.dhl.com, choose your Country and enter the Tracking Number in the field provided for "tracking" shipment. The web page will show the whereabouts of the parcel as recorded by the courier.
In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by DHL and/or Eton Store Lund customer service.
INDUMENTI shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the customer. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer insured.
Customers are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery. INDUMENTI goods are carefully packaged in a box, sealed with black plastic cover.
In case of breakage of seal the customer is encouraged to either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the local DHL office and contact Eton Store Lund at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If an order from INDUMENTI is not successfully delivered to the customer's address as per the commercial agreement, the package will be sent back to Sweden at the customer's expense including the cost of return shipment and re-import fees. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
You may return the products delivered to you within 14 days after delivery, without giving any reason. You may also carefully open the packaging in order to check the product. In the event you decide to return the goods, we will pay for the purchase price plus additional fees but we will not pay the return-shipping costs. There are two possible ways to return goods.
You may return your goods at the store in Lund free of charge. You may exchange your goods to another product in stock. In order to return your goods at INDUMENTI you must bring your parcel and the packing list. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. We will not pay the return-shipping costs. The return-shipping costs will be withdrawn from the refund.
You may return some or all products delivered. Pack the returns in its original undamaged package and post the package to us. Fill out the Returns Form enclosed with your order. If you need another Returns form, please contact our customer support by email email@example.com or phone +46 (0) 46-14 43 44. The rest will be taken care of by us. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment and we will not pay the return-shipping costs. The return-shipping costs will be withdrawn from the refund.
Eton Store Lund declines every responsibility that, due to a particular configuration of a client's computer or to malfunction, the colours of the products visualized on the web site could appear to be slightly different from the original.
Product images on www.indumenti.se-belong to Monastero AB and any unauthorized use of these images without the express written consent of Monastero AB is forbidden.
It is possible that designers make changes during the production phase and/or decide not to produce an item.
In the event there is a change of an item in a Pre-Order or an item will not arrive from the Designer, Eton Store Lund will contact the Client for express approval and either proceed to shipment or cancel the order for a refund.

Items featured on the website reflect the actual availability of the item in colour and size. The site is linked to all the holdings of INDUMENTI including warehouses and stores.
Once the order is processed by the Orders Department INDUMENTI reserves the right to re-confirm the availability of the merchandise, verify the transaction's validity and check the customer's record with INDUMENTI. Customers will be informed if for any reason the item ordered is not available or if the order cannot be processed as per the customer's request.
